How do you do this?

• Sending a personal message to people in your team when they get a new customer or Associate is a great idea (you can download the ASEA Connect App to get notifications when this happens). 

• Let your upline support team know when someone in your team does something cool so they can recognise them too.

• Recognise them in our Shine Bright Team Facebook group with a post and a simple graphic. 

• Contact Nicole or Justin if you or one of your team has a story to share that we can feature on a weekly team call.
